Check or money order
We do accept checks and money orders in $US only. To order by check or money order, print out your
receipt and mail with payment, (including shipping charges) to:

Please note that your items will be shipped once your check has cleared our bank.
Method of shipment US orders
US orders are shipped based on weight. Orders 13 ounces or less are
shipped First Class. All orders over 13 ounces, or orders that include
spools of thread and/or plastic tubes are shipped Priority Mail.
International Orders
Depending on the items ordered, International orders are shipped either
Airmail or Priority mail.
Your country may charge customs fees for your order. Customs fees and
taxes will vary and we recommend that you contact your local Customs
office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. All
packages shipped from Discount Delicas will include a declaration form
indicating the the contents as "craft supplies" with full value for the
order listed.
Customs inspections have been known to cause delays in shipping times.
If you have not received your order in 30 days, please contact us.
Will I get a tracking number?
To keep our shipping cost as low as possible and pass the savings on to
you, we have selected the most economic method of shipping which is the
US Post office First Class, Priority, or Air mail. These options do
not provide a tracking number. If you order has not arrived within 30
days, please contact us at customerservice@discountdelicas.com.
What should I do if my package is damaged?
Please contact us immediately at customerservice@discountdelicas.com if
your package was damaged during shipment. |
